How often do you weigh/measure yourself?
I was just wondering how often you all weigh and/or measure yourself. I want to find a healthy balance and not get obsessed. I have a history of seriously disordered eating that I don't care to repeat! :blushing:

I just want to brag
Since starting the C25K program (a couple times...) I have lost over 2 inches from each thigh. If only I could add those inches to my boobs now...
building uper body muscle
I have found since I started pole dancing 2 months ago there is such a big difference in my arms / shoulders... As well as elsewhere... Lots of benefits from that one :) Any other activities anyone has noticed helps?
