Are there any Turbo Fire Fans out there???
Hi all, What's the best way to figure out how many calories I've burned from doing Turbo Fire workouts? I mostly do the Fire 30, Fire 45, HIIT 15, and HIIT 20. Thanks!:smile:
1. Fire 60 2. Fire 45 3. Tie between EZ45 and EZ 55 Oh and all the HIITS are great!!!
I love Fire 45 and Fire 60 - they are great and so fun, but I also love EZ 45 and EZ 55 and all the HIITs. This workout is so fun I love doing it - I guess that is key to love your exercise so you keep doing it :)
