Anyone here recent starters of the Fat2Fit plan? My wife and I are starting our 3rd week of it. Would love some support on this. Hope to find people that are familiar and motivated on this!
So I did start the the journey to fit when Drew did but alas fell off the wagon. I have decided that I am going back to day 31 of the exercises and starting again from here as I have been doing half weeks and then moving on etc and I am really not where I should be! Anyone else in the same boat? We can start to do the days…
Drew started his exercise portion this past monday. Day 31 started with push-ups, pull-ups, and so on. My arms were on fire:explode :explode: . Is anyone else started the exercise with drew? I'm down 34 pounds and counting.
I really did not like the sound of a spinach shake but I tried it and now I love it. Great low calorie breakfast, lunch or dinner with all the nutrients you need. It's really good. Let me know if you can't find the recipe on Drews page. Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Calorie Counter
I find it more effective to do a 3.5 speed at 15% incline than 6.5 speed at 0% incline. I burn more calories and do more of it. Anyone has pros or cons on this.
Started the plank and side planks exercise a week ago holding them for 30 seconds 3 sets, now I am up to a minute for each set. I can feel the difference. Anyone trying the plank exercise. Something different is always good for the body.
