what's ur favorite ab workout
Yesterday I did p90x ab ripper in the am (with a 10# free weight added) + 3x15 on the highchair + 3x80 pull down ab curls... Then at lunch i did 20# kettle ball side pulls + my usual strength training (yesterday was arms day)... My abs are in sooo much pain, not "o i can't move pain" but "ooo... i did GOOD yesterday"…
