Weekends are difficult
I noticed that I exceed my calories on the weekends...this is going to be my challenge.....
MW- who will burn the most calories exercising today??
606 for me today at the gym, doing a variety of cardio exercises combined with weights.
Let the Challenge Begin
Ok got waited. I am all pumped up lets see how I do. I have been exercising weekly but had no goals now I do. :wink:
