Hi, I share on FB my page is foodcraverskitchen. I discovered after being quite ill that I had a rare disease called Cushing's disease. After having my surgery, and now being in remission, most of my food is pro Tien, focused, lower carb. I would love it if you would come and give me a follow.
I am aiming for 100g protein a day - not anti carbs but find I feel better with less carbs and more protein. Looking forward to getting ideas on different ways of getting protein in, and swapping recipes.
