Frustrated and not sure what to do...lots of upcoming events
So my goal is to lose 30lbs by my 30th birthday (end of January) but I have a million weddings to go to and other similar functions. Any suggestions as to what to eat when going out to dinner and dealing with rehearsal dinners? I'm trying to step up my workouts so those nights don't kill me but I'm getting major anxiet…
motivation to exercise and eat right
i am definitely one who struggles to eat right and exercise. Right now i am working with a dietician; trying record my blood sugar and eating on a regular basis. for me i need also to test and eat on a schedule which very difficult for with schedule being ununsual. any suggestions?:) :smile:

Ok...I am Eddie. I am 31 years old and need to lose 100 lbs plus. I currently weigh 305 lbs and feel like I can not get under this stupid 300 lb mark. I feel like I am doing what I need to do. Under calories every day and playing tennis every day. Seems like my results are proving other wise. :(

Unprocessed Food?!?
So due to the beginning of early onset arthritis I am going to have to only eat unprocessed food. Has anyone done it? Any food idea? Thanks in advance xo
Favourite Weight loss Foods?
I eat ALOT of cereal, yogurt and frozen berries or peas and love it to bits but I think I need to shake it up vary my diet more any ideas? Especially for my workday lunches I have a Fridge and Microwave I can use there =)

Hello new to the community of MFP
Hi, I have created a blog, and now signed in here . Not really sure how this thing works. Having better luck making my way around MFP....have lost 28 lbs so far and feeling great. I have the motivation to continue, but would love the support of others doing the same. Thanks for being here, all of you ....it is a blessing…
