Usually when I work out, I may need to skip a day or two because of a flare up. Today I feel great after a 40 minute workout yesterday. I took an Advil just before bedtime so I am sure that helped. If you have any tips to deal with post exercise flare- ups or would like to celebrate an exercise streak -post it here!
