Week 4 Results (Final Weigh-in)
SW = 174 CW = 166 (8 lb drop) GW = 167 (7 lb drop) Yea, victory!!!!
Week 3 Results
SW = 174 CW = 167.5 (weighed-in this morning) GW = 167 (7 lb drop) 6.5 lbs down 0.5 lbs to go I can taste victory.
Week 2 Results
I hope you don't mind if I get it started! 4% SW: 172 Week 1: 168 Week 2: 167.6 GW: 165 I'm still on track but this week was harder after being ill and gaining weight from the 30DS! Still perservering though :)
