I took this recently to show off some peanut butter sourdough cookies, and it made me feel like things are going more smoothly in the kitchen with all of the prep work going on in the background. Water kefir, sourdough, milk kefir are all working away and beans were sprouting for some white chicken chili.
Hi, just looking for any other WAPFers or anyone trying to incorporate traditional foods and nutrition into their weight loss efforts. Cara :)
Looks like this is not a very active group but I wanted to join anyway and reach out. I am kind of new to using WAPF but have been following most of the principles for a while now without really having an idea of following anything :D I am an ex-vegan so this is kind of an about face for me...but I'm lucky enough to live…
I am doing my second Whole30 in the beginning of January. I am going to do my re-introductions with properly prepared grains, legumes etc. I want to find out if the extra time it takes to soak, sprout, and sour these items is worth it. In fact I think I am going to re-intro with properly prepared items then do it again…
I am a Nourishing traditions fan and MFP addict (3 months). I was thinking of startin a WAP group when if found this. Anybody active in this grloup? It looks like the last posting was 4 months ago.
I was excited to see a group like this, but where IS everybody?
