my goals are 1- to loose 24lbs 2- to get fit and healthy 3- to look stunnign on my wedding day :) I think ive got the eating bit alright, ok its definetly not perfect but its sustainable its just the exercise im struggling with. thinking about start hiit training at the gym, just dont no where to start lol xx
