I'm excited to be in this group, i already do 30mins a day in the gym 5 days a week after work, but there is some days when I'm just not motivated enough to go so I tell myself it's ok to skip a day or two! I'm looking for more motivation and I'll post daily about what I did for my 30mins!
Monday walked to work 1.10 mins Tuesday ran on treadmill for 30 mins followed by upwill walking for 1 KM Wednesday day off Thursday cycled to work 20 mins, will cycle home again which take me to around 40 mins in total Will cycle to and from work on Friday sat and Sunday, so should make tarket this week....
