I am starting BR AGAIN today. I'd love to hear from anyone else who is starting it or has just started it. Tried twice and not got past week 2 but determined to do it this time.
So, is this group support for any Jillian Michaels workout? I'm starting up the 30 Day Shred. I'm not doing it every day, however. Tried that once and...yikes. My body was much happier and showed much more improvement with some rest. What work outs are y'all doing?
