Hi there! I've been on a weight loss 'journey' for many years. I lost 80 pounds, gained a few back, and am working towards getting back on track. I have another 30 pounds to lose and am shooting for doing this in the next 12 months. I like to walk and run, I occasionally do yoga. Due to my job, it can be difficult finding time to get in the exercise I need, so I try to focus more on cutting calories. What has your journey been like? Where do you struggle the most?
