Sorry, I only get on here on Saturday's. I eat a English muffin with peanut butter....power carbs. I also eat apples twice a day. At dinner I add in green beans, small portions of chicken.

BTW......Exercise is required to stay healthy. It ask when joining the plan how active one person is and is built around the activity level. So, that statement is false.

I work 12 hours a day, Monday thru Friday.....prepared meals have really helped. I am going to give this an honest try!

I have been eating around 1200 cals. the last 4 days and I have been walking on the treadmill the last two days a half hour each day.

I have gone to Krogers (Michigan Store) and buy the small packs of carrots & celery that equal to 4 serving sizes, since the program allows for four serving. I also buy bagged fruit for servings as well. So far, So good!

Not sure how well the diet system is set up for long term???? Smaller portions that are preselected is a bonus since I don't have to weigh or prepare my own food.
