Do you have Hashimoto's disease? This disease can cause swings in thyroid levels. If you have not been tested for it, I would suggest that you get tested. Congrats on your success to date, and wishing you continued success! I've been using MFP for 5 years now. Wish I had found it or something similar years ago. If you use it consistently, it will help you lose that remaining fat and keep it off.
