I have so many keto recipes locked in my head, I could probably write a book. 😂 my #1 tip is that all things taste good in a cheese sauce. Cauliflower, broccoli, green beans, chicken... all it takes to make a keto cheese sauce is
1. Butter
2. Cheese
3. Heavy cream
4. Seasoning
For example, for cheesy broccoli, fry the broccoli in a pan with some butter, when it’s nice and hot, sprinkle some cheese & seasoning, add some heavy cream, mix it up. That’s it! 🤤6 -
Please write a book...I could use it...Thanks !!2

There is a group dedicated to lchf and keto recipes (link above). Unfortunately, the group has not be active for a while. However, there are many excellent recipes, which can still be accessed.2 -

o carb condensed milk. Quart of heavy cream simmered for about 20 to 30 minutes add 3 TBS of butter and 1/4 cup of swerve. Cook down until it is thicker. If it is too thin add about 1/8 to 1/4 tsp of xanthan gum. Stir well and pour in tight mason jar and refrigerate. This recipe is from All Day I Dream About Food website.0 -
This is my favorite. I just mix the pasta ingredients and put in a frying pan like an omelette. Cut the cooked mix into strips and it’s pasta! Microwave the sauce ingredients for 30 seconds, mix and pour over your pasta. Mmmmmm

My whole family eats this. They also like this cauliflower "ziti" dish. If kids will eat it . . .

A lot of egg dishes (omelettes, frittata) with sauted vegis and a little cheese. A lot of roasted chicken with vegis tossed in a homemade vinaigrette.
Over the summer when everyone wanted hamburgers on the grill, I just omitted the bun and made a salad.0
