  • 5'6 CW: 121 GW: 115ish I've been eating 1200, but I'm switching to intermittent fasting today, and doing 500/1500 every other day. I do IF off and on, it's more effective for me, but sometimes 500 calories just isn't enough so I switch back to 1200.

  • Yep! It's pretty normal to put on 4 or 5 pounds of water weight. I usually put on 3, and feel so bloated ugh. Don't stress it, it'll fall right off a couple days after it ends, or sooner everyone is different haha.

  • I would do 200 or so calories for breakfast/lunch and then 300 calories for dinner on those fasting days. Drink lots of water and eat healthy low calorie foods so it feels like more.   • I find this very interesting. My biggest concern for eating less than 1200 calories a day is that I will damage my metabolism by not giving it enough to burn, but if that's not the case than great, less to worry about I guess if I'm under.
  • I've been taking 1 TBs of coconut oil a day if I can fit it into my calorie deficit. It's a great way to meet your goal if your low on calories for the day without giving into something more sugary haha. I've lost 5 pounds in half a month so that's great, but I take it because it's made my skin softer and my hair shinier.…
  • I use to think this, but then I googled it a bit and discovered that the caffeine that is added to the water can actually end up dehydrating you if you don't balance it out with normal decaffeinated water.
