Am I eating enough?

Hi everyone,
I am 5'6 and 127.2 pounds. My goal is 120 pounds.
My BMR is 1329 and my TDEE is 1595. I eat 1200 calories a day. I want to lose 1 pound a week.
I have a few questions.
1.) Am I eating enough? I noticed I have peanut butter cravings, and I read that those can be caused by not eating enough.
2.) Is it realistic to expect to lose 1 pound a week?
**I do not exercise or really do any physical activity. I do not plan on doing those things (for various reasons), so please don't encourage me to. Also, please don't make fun of my goal. I realize it's on the low end, but I like being 120 pounds.

You have your goal set too aggressively for needing to lose so little. Lower it to a half a pound a week.0

I've heard that before. Is there a rationale behind that? Why not lose it more quickly?0 -

Ideally, you want to do something sustainable and life changing so you don't just 'gain it back'. You're trying to maintain muscle mass while you're losing and losing too quickly is bound to eat muscle. Plus, and very important....the winner, gets to eat the most and still lose weight.0 -
At your weight, losing that quickly can just feel icky...Notice my lack of science. Someone else will come along and explain it better.
Just a question, where did you calculate your TDEE?0 -
Your TDEE looks super low to me, but I'd think with your BMR you'd still lose eating 1450ish? You don't have much to lose, your goal is too aggressive.0

I calculated it on iifym0

I get where you're coming from, my body shape looks terrible (pear shaped =/ ) unless I'm on the lower end of the bmi. I'm 5'6 at 121 currently. I eat 1200 and don't exercise. I'm losing .5 to a pound a week.
So to answer your questions...
1.) Yep! I crave weird things all the time, I think it's normal, just drink water, and indulge within your deficit for sanity's sake. I believe 1500 is around maintenance for me without exercise, so I would aim below that if you want to eat more.
2.) Sort of, but don't be upset if you lose .5. Some weeks I lose nothing and then suddenly I'll drop three pounds. Just keep at the deficit and you'll see change.0
