Such great pictures of success. Congratulations.

That's a wonderful loss. You look and sound so positive, good for you.

You can really tell the difference in you clothes.

Thank you for the suggestions. I will google them all and see what seems to suit me best. Not a lot of pain but not comfortable either. Lol. I am probably well over due for a blood work up and might be deficient in an area. Have a great day.

So sorry for all your losses. Your journey has not been an easy one. Such an inspiration on your ability to stay on task and what we all can accomplish.

Love the muscles.

Fantastic loss.

At my last ac1 checkup it was also 5.8. Last July my blood sugar was a little over 300. The dr. wanted to put me on medican but I said let me try by changing my food and losing weight. Here I am 10 months later, 98 pounds lighter and a good blood sugar level. Still have at least 80 pounds to go. So proud for the journey…

Would you mind telling us if you have very much loose skin after your maintence time?
-
I've lost 98 pounds so far with at least 80 more to go. I'm starting to see the loose skin and also can't stand it. I read in several places to give it two years then see where your skin is "hanging." Lol, although it's not really funny. I'm going to start light lifting to see if that helps along the way.

Wow, that's a great comparison picture. You can see the difference. Awesome!

@DataSeven Being able to climb a set of stairs without holding on and being able to breath at the top. Lol

@0505jen Oh, that's a dream of mine. I call my arms "bat wings" now. Even when I was slim I didn't like my arms. I'm working on toning them and hope the skin and fat will ...eventually....melt away.

Seeking help for your anxiety would be a first step. But you asked about strength training so here's some suggestions. I'm not sure how weak you are so even weights might seem overwhelming at first. A couple of questions...Can you get up off the floor from a sitting position easily without assistance? Can you sweep and mop…

Awesome

I started my weight loss journey needing to lose at least 180. I've lost 94 so far :). You can do it, you just have to start.
-
Love all the brave pictures. You put yourself out there and I appreciate it. You have done an incredible job. Congrats.

Walked 2 miles on my treadmill at speeds ranging from 2.5 to 3.
-
Congratulations on your success. Thank you for sharing as I'm 5'1" and have lost down to 203 and headed downward :)

They look great.

Inspiring
-
@ewhip17 Lol, that's so funny.
-
@Fitby45 lol, if anyone had told me 8 months ago I would drink unsweetened green tea and like it! I would have thought they were crazy.
-
Walked 3 miles, the most I've walked since I started.
-
Love that picture of you and the tire. Now the 24,000 ?, since you lost the weight over a longer period of time do you have the dreaded lose skin?
-
To reach 195 before August 1, that's 10 more pounds to go. Then I will be out of the 200's and it's my 100 pound mark. To then lose the remaining 80 pounds over the rest of the year to reach "I think" my final goal. To complete a 5k sometime this year.

When you raise your arms and your shirt arm holes line up with the top of your pants.

Thank you for all the information. Congratulations

Fantastic! I've lost 90 heading to 100
