Knees cracking and popping
I just started trying to do squats and my knees crack and pop. I'm thinking that can't be good for them. I'm 53, still have at a minimum 80 pounds to lose on a 5'1" frame. Any suggestions?

Speed of walking verses height?
I'm 5'1" and am walking on a treadmill at a 1.5 incline and a speed of 2.7. If I try to increase the speed to a 3 I feel like I'm running. However, when I track my exercise it says 2.5 is a slow walk? So I'm wondering if it would be different because I'm short?

Just bought new tennis shoes today, the same style as I bought last year, I went from a 4E to just a wide width. I've lost 65 lbs so far. I have at least 90 more to go.
