I just finished a round and noticed no difference for weight gain.

I have this exact same thing and had been googling my symptoms. This is the area that bothers me and feels numb. I believe a nerve is pinched from the belt i wear at work waitressing. I have lost a lot of weight recently and just one day a couple weeks ago my outside hip/thigh went numb and is sore sometimes.…

I take topamax for migraines and have the tingling fingers occasionally but no other noticeable side effects.....except diet pepsi tastes funny.

Please don't feel you need to publicly answer this but have you changed a method of birth control recently? I have an IUD and don't get a period at all but when i first had it put in it took months for my period to phase out completely. Again dont feel i am looking for an answer but just something for you to consider.

Doesnt' matter.... but I track midnight to midnight.

I work straight nights too and just continually eat throughout my "day" like normal. From when I get up I eat every 2-3 hours until I go to bed. I eat pretty much what I would eat for a meal during the day, nothing special just because it's the middle of the night.

Get which ever one you are likely to actually use.....not just which one would be BEST to get. Having said that, I have a treadmill that I use and a bike that I never use. I'm dying to trade the bike in for a rower. Rowing is the best bang for your buck when it comes to cardio in my opinion. You get a great upper body…

I'm still losing at 1900, so yes I agree I need to get my maintenance figured out first. Thank you for the help.

I didn't mean that I eat clean, I just meant that I was more carefully counting the calories then I was before Christmas. How many pounds should I try to put on in a bulk?

did you try to restart it? Hold the button for about 10 seconds until some model numbers display on the screen. I had to do this recently too.

My body fat scale says I have 26-27% fat and has barely budged. I recently had myself tested and I'm only 18%. So don't rely to heavily on it.

I would recommend getting a personal trainer for a few sessions. If you don't want to spend the money on one than you should use google to find an exercise plan. Most will post videos on how to do the exercises.

It all depends on what your day is like. I work nights and prefer to spread my meals out. I eat 8 times a day. When I finish work is my most hungry part of the day for some reason so I eat about 300 calories then. And the rest of the meals I basically just divided the remaining calories by 7 and and eat that...about 225 a…

I work nights but usually have to sleep in two stretches. I calculate from midnight to midnight regardless of when I have slept. This way when the weekend comes and I am awake when I wouldn't be or possibly napping it still all works out because its just over 24 hours. Not based on when I wake up or go to bed.

Thank you very much!! That was it.

I start my allowance at midnight. So I actually finish my one day about 11:30 pm. Then my first meal of the next day is a couple hours later at 1:30am.

Just got my Fitbit Charge HR tonight! Love it so far!

I am really happy with how my body is shaping up. But I have to agree that the only spot I wish would hurry up is my stomach. Definitely seems to be the last place to go.

I work nights and my go to pre-work meal lately has been protein pancakes. I always have a nap before going in and then have to shower and eat. I always leave it to the very last possible minute to wake up. So I have been making a couple batches of these for in the fridge and just microwave a serving. I like them so much I…

Okay I see that on my home page it says my goal is 1880 but on my diary (where it shows the macros too) it says my goal is only 1660. So must be a glitch.

I work straight nights. The only thing I struggle with is getting enough sleep. As studies have shown and I definitely find to be true, I am hungrier and feel the need to eat more for energy when I am tired. But I've been able to mostly keep to my calorie count and still exercise without any problems.

Thanks everyone!! I just need to practice a little patience then and keep plugging away.

I take a couple of minutes to walk/run up our double flight of stairs. I try to go up and down 40 times in my 8 hour shift.

Thank you very much for those calculators. I feel that those results are a better estimation of my body fat then what my scale is saying.

Well that's good to hear. I asked at my gym but they don't do that unfortunately. It's a little depressing not seeing that number change. I don't care about my weight.
