Fitbit Charge is not counting ANYTHING?!

Just stopped as of last night we think. Display reads "0" for all entries. Says it synced (5 min ago) with pc but yeah, nothing to sync. Any ideas? Google searched for reasons but am not finding any fixes or suggestions.

    did you try to restart it? Hold the button for about 10 seconds until some model numbers display on the screen. I had to do this recently too.

    Hmm it's just going into "stopwatch" mode. Held it for 15sec. Didn't come out of that mode even.

    Ah!! Googled about "restart" ;) needed to be plugged into usb, and THEN hold the button 10-12sec.
