I love facial hair, My husband has a full beard, usually. Right now it is growing back as he shaves it every 3 years for the dermatologist to get a look underneath. I hate it when he has to shave it off.

If you can afford it, invest in a vacuum sealer. Cook healthy meals and portion into vacuum bags and freeze. Makes for quick to grab, quick to fix, healthy meals.

Came home one night to heavily armed cops staking out our neighbor's house from the behind us neighbor's backyard. Thankfully staked out neighbor never returned and house was soon vacated.

6.55 miles..Cyclovia Tucson so very slow ride, just what I needed. Much less pain than my last ride.

I won't make many miles, I can barely walk, but I'm logging treadmill time as I count down to surgery in January. 20 minutes on the treadmill, .4 miles 333 calories burned.

Most gyms offer free trials, great place the access a scale. Measurements, cheap soft measuring tape.

I love them, of course I ride a trike so I can't fall over if I don't clip out in time. When I rode a 2 wheel upright I still loved them, but I do have a number of scars from not clipping out in time as I am a klutz.

I am 52, happily married, 2 grown children. I am facing my 2nd total hip replacement in January so my exercise options are limited, currently working w/ a trainer to help me modify exercises. Love to read, love my dogs, crochet, sew, polymer clay crafting, scuba, cycling (when my pain level permits).

I have the FT7 (upgraded from the FT4) and I question the calorie burn. I weigh 75-80 lbs more than my husband and when we cycle the same distance and speed his burn is about twice mine.

Chew sugarless gum. If possible, when the urge to grab food strikes go brush your teeth. Or get a drink of water. Aversion therapy, put a rubber band around your wrist and snap yourself when you are about to give in to temptation.
