Hi ive invited everyone on here..i weight train 5 days a week n throw 3 good run days in too..I eat clean as poss but treat night sunday only would love get in touch with likeminded people ☺

I have 4 boys too..but my oldest is 18 then a 16 yr old,13yr old n 3 yr old..I work hard to stay in shape but im human and realistic knowing it can be done mostly everyday bit some days theres other more important things to address..add me ☺

Hi Portica..im pretty new to clean eating n would love ideas n recipes..i stopped drinking April 2014 havent touched a drop which is quite an acheivment after a bottle of wind down wine a night..have i missed it? No..at first it was hard but i had to change from sitting in front of the tv in the eve to getting out..i now…
