  • I have always thought i did but wasn't sure. Thanks for all the comments. I will read up on it some more discuss with a doctor.
  • I will talk to my trainer about it re: lifting heavier (which i try to do each class) or if more cardio is required
  • @ElizabethKalmbach it is a hard bulge. I do believe some it has to do with genetics. All the females in my family are apple-shaped and have a bulge.
  • I occasionally have a whole wheat sandwich as a night snack. Could that be the issue?

  • Congratulations!! You stayed focused and are seeing results because of it. Keep on keeping on. I too had a baby recently (17 months ago) and have only just because disciplined. I am happy to see you say there is hope for the battle scars and war zone. Lol
  • I'm 5'5"ish, 156lbs, and have my goal set at 1200. Most days I end up eating about 1000. I lose between 0.2 to 1lb per week. I do HIIT 3 times a week and on those days I eat more to ensure I have enough energy for the workouts. On the other days I try to fit in some cardio once I have time but I don't eat back calories.
