I started back up last night after 3+ weeks off. I'm on round 3.

I haven't used my BodyMedia since February of this year. I started off using it as a tracking of calories burned but found it bothersome to wear. I was able to get a good idea of what I was burning though. I don't eat back workout calories so I am ok with an approximation.

I agree I log it under general circuit training. I have a bodymedia and it is within 10 calories on average.

I've been told this eat more to lose more. But it just seems so contradictory. But I'm willing to try to make sure I continue to see some type of results. Thanks EVERYONE so much for you words of wisdom. I can't explain the support I get from this website.

At MrCoolGrim I do weigh and track everything. I'm normally a hundred or so under my calorie allowance. I don't eat back any of my work out calories either. I log my workout under general circuit. I have a bodymedia band that I use during my workouts to get idea of burn. If I log 20 minutes general circuit it comes out to around the calories I burned on my band.
