Just a check in for myself. In 312 days I have lost 32.2 pounds, 21 inches over all, dropped my BMI by 6.8%, and am currently in a size 10-12 (down 4 sizes). I am so happy with how far I've come. I'm finishing up round one of the 30 day shred and had great results. I am thinking of doing a second round but I'm wondering if I will get as good as results the first time. Feeling stuck
Does anyone ever feel like they aren't doing enough, or just sick of seeing no results? If so how do you keep moving forward when you feel so stuck? Lately I feel like my efforts aren't paying off. I could really use some motivation right now.
