Get the scale moving again?

Time for a quick vent. My weight loss has stopped yet again. I have not gained or lost any weight since July 2nd, 4 weeks of staying the same. I did take measurements again and I am down .5 inches from my hips, .5 from my waist and .25 from my thigh. I still would like to lose at least 10 more pounds if not 20. Why am I not losing? I have switched up my workouts (started Jillian Micheals body revolution and running again) I maintain between 1300 and 1500 calories a day depending on workouts. Can anyone out there tell me what I need to do to jump start the scale?

Switch it up, do something that will challenge you a bit more.0
