I'm haveing a really rough night. For my job I now have to wear dress pants instead of jeans and I'm Hating every minute of it. I look in the mirror and see how far I still have to go. The image looking back at me isn't someone who has lost 25 pounds but someone who still has 20 pounds to go. I'm really in need of some motivation. I feel like throwing in the towel. HELP!!!! I'm so frustrated.

Well, imagine what you'll see in the mirror if you DO throw in the towel.0

You'll be down those 20 before you know it, 10, maybe 15 weeks depending on what you are doing, maybe sooner if you exercise hard.0

I know how you feel but realize how much better you look right now than you did before, and you'll look even better soon! It's worth it!0

It is the nature of things to have good days and bad days. Practice being gentle on yourself to get yourself through the bad days. If someone bullied your best friend, little sister or child for the way they looked in dress pants you would stand up for them like a lioness. Catch yourself being hard on yourself and remind yourself to be more kind and gentle with you.0

Thank you all for the kind words. My food intake has been well within my calorie allowance but they haven't been good choices. Which is why I'm down. Working out is my motivation lately. I'm addicted to the high of how I feel afterwards. I just finished 3 rounds of 30 day shred. I'm now on week two of T25. But all the working out paired with bad calories is not helping. I need to get back to making good food choices.0

I wish we can bottle up that post workout high!! I know what you mean on all of it! I lost almost 50lbs. I feel great and like how I feel in my clothes. But when the clothes are off I see the 20-30 more I need to lose. So.....I look and have my pity moment and then I drop it. It took me 11 months to lose 50 lbs and probably gonna take me another 11 months to lose 20-30. But I know I will never allow myself to get back to were I was... Never!
You have the exercise thing down, now try to preplan good food choices. I noticed when I upped my workouts to 6x a week I needed to up my calories too. I added protein bars and whey protein shakes. Less cravings for bad food.0
