Going through this exact thing now! I've found that at least still logging all my foods has helped. I've found patterns of foods i tend to just"grab" without thinking makes up a bulk of my diet. Plus staying active in here Jerrod new accountable.

I can't either, BUT I did find that you can mark the star at the top of the thread and then at the top "bar" there is a bell, a star, and a settings gear and once you "star" a thread you can click the star at the top and it will show you what you have marked... maybe thats the only way to do it now. :'(
