Today was crunchy granola Raisin Bran with 2% milk, 3 cups of coffee with half and half. Normally, it is 2 cups of almond milk, banana and protein powder shake. And coffee of course.

Same for me and my Apple Watch. 2 years old and still as good as the day I bought it.

I keep my meal choices limited to make it easier. For example, I have three main breakfasts - fiber cereal, eggs or a protein shake. Lunch is sliced chicken and pepper jack cheese on wheat bread with spicy mustard everyday. Snack are cheese stick, banana or protein bar.

This morning my wife asked why I was eating less and counting calories. I just said Duh.

What does your mirror tell you?

I don't snack. Having cookies and ice cream because you work out is a bad habit. If you must snack, at least make it worth the calories. You may be under your daily goal but not putting fuel in your body. After all, that is all food is and like a car, it doesn't run right with the wrong fuel.

My gym has Netflix on their bikes. My problem is I don’t want to stop if I am watching a good show.

I confess that I haven’t told the wife I am trying to lose weight and go to the gym two hours a day. I confess that I think the ladies after pics on MFP are so hot.

I ride a exercise bike for 35 minutes and then do weight training, stretching and floor work (leg lifts, crunches, etc) for about an hour. Do this five days a week.

Standing naked in front of the mirror is my motivation.

Work in some cardio like exercise bike or kettle bell swings.

I take a sandwich every day. Pepper cheese, sliced deli chicken and spicy mustard on frozen bread. Mine is 410 calories. I skip the mayo. You can use an insulated lunch bag with a cold pack.

But you can only do the in and out a couple times a day. Speaking for my self of course.

It depends on what you are eating. You can't walk 10 k steps and eat 4000 calories and expect to lose weight.

Love chips. But I love losing weight more so I don't eat them currently.
