Based on my goals, MFP says daily calories is 2000. I work out and burn 500 calories. Should I be eating 2500 for weight loss or 1500 for a 1000 cal. Deficit?
I used MFP successfully and went from 193 to 183 two years ago. Since then my wife had some medical issues that limited our walking and bike riding for a year. Lots of stress and am currently at 198.
