I used MFP successfully and went from 193 to 183 two years ago. Since then my wife had some medical issues that limited our walking and bike riding for a year. Lots of stress and am currently at 198. My goal is 175. I always worked out a couple times a week, but am determined to make it at least 5 days a week. Monitoring intake is the key.
