Just started making Chaffles a week ago. I can see them in my future at least 2-3 times a week. I have been enjoying them with the basic recipe as a bread replacement as well.

I do black tea with Sugar free coffemate and unsweetened almond milk in the mornings. We all have to chose what works best for us. 3g of carbs in my morning tea is worth it for me, maybe not for someone else. But still really doable in keto. I tend to aim for 15-25 net carbs per day so maybe a little easier for me. =)

I just read this earlier and then was looking over recipes in a keto blog and saw Chaffles Video. They look fun, the mini dash waffle maker is only $10 on Amazon. I feed 3 teens who are not on low carb. No judging, my bread is all in the pantry and they go through 2-3 loaves a week. Thanks for being brave and posting!
