  • Hi, East Midlands here. Been on this for years and have always tended to lose weight well using this prior to a special occasion/holiday, before stopping and putting it back on again. Trying to right my wrongdoings now and 1 stone down through a 3 stone loss target so far. Not sure I'm inspiring but am supportive!
