Hi all,
I'm a MFP frequent flyer, I've had great success in the past dropping from 196 to 168 pounds in the run up to going on holiday and feeling great for it. The problem is that my holiday tends to overrun until I'm back to where I started, or presently worse at 201. I'm currently starting my 3rd crack at this but have never used the community message boards before so am hoping that a little support may give me the focus I need....0 -
