Do you have an Academy store nearby? Most of them have a bunch of treadmill brands, plugged in and you can walk on them and see if you like them. I find that hands on better than reviews (of course: do both lol).

Make a comprehensive list of the foods you will eat and then hit pinterest and other sites for recipes built around those. You probably won't be able to find a meal plan made by someone else, but finding a good dozen or so recipes you do like might be a good way to start setting your plans up :)

I believe a pound of dry beans is 2oz per serving, so you'd get 8 servings per pound.

When I can get DH to grill (yes, sexist lol) lots of sausage, chicken and steaks. I got him a smoker for fathers day 4 or 5 years ago and he's used it once. I'm going to learn how to use it and do salmon, trout and chicken with it :p

Google through "whole 30" and "paleo" recipes. A lot of those could be adapted to your food restrictions. Good luck!

If you go to pinterest or youtube and search for "meal prep xx calories a day" (put in your calorie goal, of course :)) there are some easy ideas. Also searching those sites for "no cook lunch prep" and terms like that will get you some good ideas :)

The Zone diet is 40/30/30 but the 40 is carbs, I think. Maybe some of their recipes would be easy to work into your plan. It's an older plan that's not "popular" any more but there are still plenty of recipes and meal plans out there for it :)

There's an app called itrackbites (I think -I had it at one point but I'm not tech savvy enough to figure it out lol). I think it does several of the old WW plans as well.

The lowest points are 23. At maintenance you get 28. Plus weeklies and fit points.

I do WW Freestyle and low carb. I lose slowly at best, but I'm losing slowly and consistently, so it's working for me. I do not eat a lot of the "zero point" foods, I see that as a recipe for disaster. Basically I count 1 serving as "zero points" then count points if I eat more than 1. Since I'm low carb as well, that's…
