I'm vegan, and found quite a few people on MFP who are also plant-based! There is also a veg'n group!

One hour of the treadmill at 6.5, and lifted some random weights around the gym.

It definitely tastes different than real pb, but it seems like a great alternative with 5g of protein and less fat!

A little under 2000. Still way under my calorie goal, but hey it was my birthday and I had to eat some cake!

You can do this! I'm about to hit 32lbs lost in 100 days, and all I can say is consistency is the key! Even if you have a bad day, just keep going!

Every morning! After I've used the bathroom, and naked or just underwear.

I'm not really into cheat days. Maybe sometimes I'll have a bad meal, but usually turning it into a full day is a recipe for disaster!

198 was my highest weigh-in, but I wouldn't be surprised if I crossed the 200 threshold. The sad part is, seeing it on the scale wasn't even a wake-up call.
