Thanks! I know you can can have some water weight gain, it's just SO frustrating! The first month after I saw my dietitian I lost 16 lbs! Now she's added in 3 30 minute intense walks a week on top of my calorie deficit and I've only lost 2lbs in just under 2 weeks.

Has anyone started to gain weight when going to the gym. I'm not eating back my calories burned, but it seems like I always weigh like a lb or 2 more the day after the gym. It's a bit disheartening.

My go to snacks are around 100-150 calories and include things like Beef Jerky and string cheese, cuties clementines and string cheese, 56g of deli turkey meat and cuties or string cheese. I was told by a dietitian eating every 2-3 hours will help keep you feeling full. People tend to overeat if they start to feel hungry.…
