My big test is coming up this weekend when I will be in Las Vegas for four days to play in a three-day golf tournament with my golf group. I hope to burn enough calories on the golf course to give me a little leeway on my calorie count.

When I pay for the Jenny Craig food, it makes me go to the gym, too, because I don’t want to spend all that money without giving it an all-out effort. It helps me to get started and I can stay on it for a few months until I hit my goal. I know I can just buy the food a lot cheaper, but for some reason, I just don’t do it…

Jeramey, my brother is a truck driver (UPS) and he likes to juice to control his weight. It seems to work for him. He also jogs whenever he has a chance. Good luck to you.

Usually scales are pretty consistent. They don’t have to be accurate with your scale at home, but if you weigh yourself on the same scale at a hotel, and you do it again the next day at the same time, you should get a pretty accurate reading of how much you have gained or lost. I find the scale at my gym are one pound less…

Thank you, Marcia. I need all the friends and support I can get. Congratulations on losing 36 pounds. Keep it up. It’s nice to see I am not alone in this struggle.
