Day 3!!! I have worked out 3 of my 5 days to meet my goal! Going out of town Thursday and Friday so hotel workouts are a must. :)

I am 26 years old, live in OKC, OK. I have a two year old and work in a sedentary office setting. My goal is to get to a healthy 160. With my height and weight this will get me into the "normal" range. :) I am currently at 198. I started my weight loss journey January 1, 2015 at 235 and haven't looked back since.

I lost 23lbs in 6 weeks. Very strict diet and 5 days of 40 minute workouts (30 weights 10 cardio). So maybe you wont lose 20 but you can lose some inches!

Well you have your protein now find a veggie, carb, and a fat and you will be complete! I would say green beans (or something green you like), half potato with a bit of real butter and bam! An awesome meal!
