Always looking for new friends. Am down 100 pounds now total. Had been losing weight using MFP and in April of 2015 blew my knee out and ended up with a knee replacement. Anyway now I am pulling 10 to 20k steps on most days working outnpain free and losing. Let's be supportive to each other !
