I thought that too @htimpaired but with everything going on it seemed like too much. I get about 2 hours to myself a day and thats if he naps and my house goes crazy if i take one day off housework. All I do is clean, cook and yell it seems like. Im so overwhelmed.

I love the whoosh.....I usually gain a lb or two before bed. And it feels great to wake up to more weight loss. 18lbs down 37 to go or more depending on how I feel at 135. I see no change in my stomach tho/

They just put me back on some different meds...Said it could take up to 6 weeks. Im diagnosed with PTSD and depression.

I have depression. So somedays I dont feel like eating 1200 calories. Somedays I binge eat. Trying to get my meds right.

This is how I see it. if im under for the day...By 300 or 100 whatever..Those calories add up over the week...So if you have 300 cals under you goal everyday for 6 days. Thats 1800 calories under your weekly goal..So your cheat day can be 1800 calories over your weekly goal and still wont mess up your diet...Thats how I…

I dont even got to the gym...I workout at home. Due to the fact I have extreme anxiety and I dont want anyone seeing me workout...Even just a 30 minute video and staying within or below your calorie range you'll still lose weight.

Even 30 mins of exercise of day will do wonders. I exercise 5 days a week. 2 rest days. I do 30-60 minute fitnessblender.com workouts. And stay at or below my calorie goal...Ive lost 10lbs in a week just doing that.

MFP is a awesome way to lose weight...I lost 10lbs in my first week. How I did it? Log everything consumed Exercise atleast 30-60 minutes a day Drink lots of water Its calories in calories out. If you dont like veggies or fruits and like processed or fast foods you will still lose weight...Its all calories in calories out.…

Thats why im here...My Son is 2. I went from 150 to 200lbs when he was born...I started at 185. And have lost 10lbs in a week...Had a set back this week and gained 2lbs back...Please add me as a friend Mommys for motivation.

I save calories over for the whole week...I add them to a notepad document...Then a day we have dessert or fast food I know I have 600 calories or so that I can eat.
