@Kalikel all my results came back good. Hearts healthy, kidneys healthy, lungs healthy. Cholestrol, sodium, sugar everything was healthy. My thyroid is enlarged. TSH normal T3 normal. T4 was high. The symptoms I do have are hypothyroid. Not hyper. But my numbers say im hyper and my thyroids enlarged. Its weird. I am eating below 1200 cals a day and working out 5 days a week for 30 mins. I am on the paragard. I got off the depo shot because it was causing me to be hungry all the time. I was on the pills before the depo shot but stopped taking them because I felt like killing people.

Thank you KLMnumbers. I can do this. I do see the endo till August. But my mentality is usually oh well I need to get to the drs first. Ill just eat alot of food and drink pop. But im not doing that this time. Sticking to it.

Im eating 4 egg whites, wheat bread and a piece of cheese for breakfast, shredded chicken with a tsp of bbq sauce on wheat bread and dinner I eat whatever. Usually a meat, veggies and potatoes. Inless we get a pizza.
