Right now im trying to worry about my macros. I eat alot of carbs.

Im exercising everyday. fitnessblender videos 5 days out of the week. Walking 1 and rest day once. Im eating 1200 or a little below in calories. Right now it seems like im just fluctuating between 185-180. Im hoping this week I break it.

No my endo did not. A family dr did. Im calling a endo 2morow tho and making a appointment.

He did a ultrasound of my thyroid. Theres no nodules or anything. He just said it was enlarged. My TSH and T3 levels were fine but my T4 level was 14.8 and he said it should be 13.

I do cook thats not the problem. Its what my Fiance and Son like to eat is the problem. Thats why I try to eat more healthy for breakfast and lunch and have whatever they want for dinner.

I know that now. Im making a appointment to see a thyroid specialist and see what she thinks I need to do for a enlarged thyroid. I also am going to start taking fiber vitamins and a daily vitamin because the dr said d I had a vitamin d defeicny

Yeah im not the healthiest. But I was eating alot better then I was. I was eating egg whites for the morning. Chiekn on wheat bread for lunch and whatever my Fiance brought home for dinner and was only drinking water and walking everyday. I lost 5lbs. But the weight loss just stopped after that and I gave up. I havent…

My first doctor gave me iodine. I am seeing a new Dr now. And im walking 4 times a week for a hour and doing dumbells everyday while my Sons sleeping.

Im upping the protein and fiber.

Im always hungry no matter what. I was eating 4500 calories a day before I started eating 1100-1600 cals a day, Im a overeater. Im always hungry.

Thanks everyone for all the great advice and motivation. I go on the 20th for a ultrasound of my thyroid. Then ill have a follow up to find out what they want to do about it. It cant be. Im eating 3 meals a day. Very small meals. Even if im not weighing the meals im still logging in at 1100 cals a day. I have 700 more I can eat without exercising. Thats 700 more calories I could have accidently used without weighing foods. Im still at a defecit.

I got on the 20th for my ultrasound of my thyroid. Then hopefully soon after that he'll tell me what I need to do to get this weight off.
