I was having this consistently for the past 4 months. I noticed if I had a very active day or ran during my workout I would bleed. Turns out my birth control was making the lining on my uterus very thin and any type of impact would cause vessels to rupture and bleed. Switched birth control and all is good.

For me it would be beer, I do enjoy a glass of wine here or there but when everyone heckles me when we are out and drinking it can be hard for me to explain that I would rather be eating ice cream then drinking my calories.

I have finally found a happy medium with four days a week and the other three just some light walking. When I was training 5-6 days a week it was overkill for me. I just feel so much better physically and mentally with the four days a week. I have a really hard time with exercising too much and overtraining. I still have…

I live in a small town and when I did go to our gym every time I would spend time talking to everyone I would run into rather than getting my workout done. I have worked out at home for several years now and I love it. I have a squat rack, four cardio machines and free weights.

My husband gives me a hard time often about weighing my food. I don't think he worries so much about me doing but how it looks to my kids. Now that I have maintained for years, I do it more to make sure I am getting enough to fuel my workouts. I still get hassled for exercising/eating right but why do you think I look the…

I'm 5'7 and weigh between 134-138. For some reason I have found that if I go below 130 my body starts to hate me. I love how lean I am at 125 but for me it is not realistic. I workout for an hour 4 days a week, the other three days I walk about 3 miles. I hit 9-10,000 steps a day outside of exercise daily. I have mainted…

I am only 34 years old but I feel like I am in hormone hell. I have had two children, normal healthy births. I suffered from post partum depression with both pretty bad. Ever since having my second child who is now 2, I have had about a week long cycle which usually started with a week of spotting prior. I go to a Womens…

I always eat two a day sometimes three. I don't use them for meals but just for snacks mid morning, mid afternoon, and sometimes pre-workout. I usually have Quest Bars, Lenny & Larry's protein cookies, Luna Bars, or a Zone Bar. I don't feel guilty about it at all. I happen to like them so I eat them and they make for a…

Chocolate and cinnamon quest, BSN peanut butter, vanilla and cookie dough ON Casein...I like variety

I have been maintaining for years and when I log I tend to log everything but Diet Coke, sugar free syrups, ice tea, tea, and coffee. As for weighing, I dont weigh cucumbers, celery, tomatoes, and lettuce (I usually just a few of each every day). I also dont take time to weigh my protein bars or prepackaged Heatlhy Choice…

Usually in the morning around 6:45am, I start work in a week again and I will probably be getting up around 4:30 to workout to get it done for the day, it will be a rude awakening!

If I wake up before 6am to workout I usually just grab a Fiber One Protein bar and drink a crystal light energy. If it is later in the morning I will just eat my usual breakfast beforehand, oats mixed in with protein powder, yogurt and fruit.

500 cals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, plus 250 cals for three snacks. I get low blood sugar so banking my calories for the end of the day never works for me

I actually found the cookie dough and snickerdoodle to be pretty good, I love chunky ice cream so this really curbs my craving for a blizzard.
-
I find them too sweet for my liking, but I also found the other flavors too sweet as well.

Pizza, blizzards, puppy chow, peanut butter m&ms, anything cookie dough

I love cereal...I literally have like 8 different kinds in my pantry as of now. I only eat it for a snack mixed in with yogurt and pb2. A serving does just fine because I mix it in with yogurt. For breakfast I am a big oatmeal fan, it keeps me fuller longer. When I was younger I remember eating two to three full bowls of…

I have been on Zoloft and now Lexapro and have not had any weight gain. I don't know if the dosage has anything to do with side effects, but I am only on 10mg. I also take trazadone for sleep. When I first started Lexapro I was sick to my stomach for the first month.

5'7 133 Pounds and without any activity my TDEE is 1700 cals. I workout 4-5 days a week and on those days I get around 8k steps. The other days I try for 15k steps and maintain on 2,400-2,500 with that activity level.

Thanks for your opinion, I shouldn't waste my time explaining myself, but you don't know my families income so therefore a comment like that is very ignorant.

The best low cal bread I have found taste wise is Dave's Killer Bread, 60 cals a slice. I have tried the 40 calorie stuff and personally I would rather eat cardboard. Flatout wraps are pretty good around 100-120 cals depending on the type of wrap you buy.

2,400-2,500 a day to maintain (with exercise)

Smart Ones-they have a ravioli that has only 210 calories, I add extra veggies with it and even avocado with toast to make it a meal. Lean Cuisine Market Mac and Cheese only 250 cals and I find it really satisfying I also love all the Smart One Smart Made meals

Ghirardelli makes mini dark chocolate squares for about 36 cals and they also have a sea salt dark chocolate for about 50 cals a square.

Back in college when all I consumed were veggies and protein shakes I swear I would go through a bottle of that 0 calorie butter spray every other day. Once I figured out how to eat to satisfy me more, I didn't feel the need for excessive amounts of butter spray.

The only time I use protein powder is when I put it in my oats to bulk them up and give them flavor. I love Quest, a bit pricey though. I also love ON Whey.

My gym is my basement, and I spend one hour max 4-5 days a week. I do half hour cardio half hour weights, I am pretty taxed after an hour. Even though I have all the needed equipment in my house I have no desire to spend countless hours working out, I have learned more is not always better.

If I workout early morning I usually have something small like a gronola bar and I have to eat pretty much right after. I get low blood sugar else I would prefer to workout on an empty stomach.

I have been adding miracle noodles to lean cuisine meals to bulk them up a bit more. I don't mind them at all now that I have learned how to cook them correctly. As for Walden Farms, I have found the Honey Mustard dressing, Pancake syrup and Jams good. I have tried their peanut spread and thought it was horrible.
