I had to do a 3 day hospital stay and was not allowed anything but water due to blood test they had to take. It was awful! I lost about 7 pounds, but it took me almost a week to get my stomach back to normal after eating and to gain my energy back.

I love Real Good Food products, they are a bit pricey!

I have been on Lexapro for 15 plus years and I have maintained and even lost more weight on it. Currently I am tapering off Lexapro and starting Presitq due to increased anxiety. I remember trying Zoloft and my appetite soared through the roof. I could see how one may gain weight if the drug makes you tired. I honestly…

I am tested positive 2 weeks ago. Got back from vacation and it started with a deep cough and sinus issues. No fever or body aches. This is my 2nd bout of Covid. First bout was really rough and took me almost a month to get back up on my feet. This bout felt more like a bad cold. I will say what has been lingering is being…

I am 39 and I went in for routine bloodwork because I was feeling fatigued after eating-extreme fatigue. Started testing my fasting blood sugar and it is always 100-120. My blood work showed high insulin. I go back in this week to do more blood work and get a A1c test done. She suspects prediabetic. The problem I am having…

My sleep is excellent. Usually in bed by 9 and up around 6. My biggest complaint is the fatigue after I eat.

Thank you everyone for the great advice! I did reach out to my PC again and he is going to do some more extensive blood work. I did have mono when I was 25 and I have never felt the same ever since having it-always suspected CFS. My PC mentioned that as well this time when I met with him. I am officially on summer break so…

Thank you-I don't have a psychiatrist but I do have a therapist that I see every so often-she just cant prescribe meds. I always hesitate to tell my gp my loss of interest because he always wants to jump to medicating me. I have thought for sometime that I might need to switch to a different anti-depressant, I just wish I…

I am for the vaccine, but I also don't really feel that we need to turn away those from the hospital that are unvaccinated. What about those that choose not to get vaccinated because of a reaction. For example my dad is 66 years old. He went in and got his Pfizer shot and had about two weeks of body aches, fatigue and felt…

Thank you so much for all your kind feedback. I saw my GP the other day and she prescribed me a 3 day dose of prednisone 40mg for fluid in my ears. I’m now having major dull muscle aches in my legs. I’m hoping it’s the steroids and not a lingering effect from COVID. My last dose is tomorrow so time will tell,

I was on Singular for several months, no weight gain in fact I lost. The med did legit make me go crazy, I started having really bad panic attacks, couldn't sleep, couldn't relax. Come to find out it has a black box warning causing mental health changes. I have been off for about a month, and still don't feel right

I weighed my Built Bars the other day, they clocked in at 80 grams compared to the 49 it said on the package!

I had surgery about two months ago and walking was all I could do in recovery. I went from high/mid impact workouts 5 days a week to just walking 4 miles a day and I loved it. I noticed that with just the walking I felt great and had plenty of energy to spare and it was easier to watch my calories because I wasn't super…

My brother had it (works in a factory plant) and he had a fever for one day and that was it. He lives with my mom and dad so they stayed home for two weeks. My dad tested negative and they would not test my mom because she only had one symptom. My mom and dad are 68 so I was very worried for them, but it seemed to have…

I had a post-op appointment today and all looks good. Doctor said it could be caused by getting off the meds and just the surgery itself. I’m just anxious with wanting to make sure I recover but at the same time not gain a ton of weight!

I have stopped all lower body exercises and I have just continued with upper body.
-
Yes, I was doing two days upper body and two days lower body. My lower body consisted of deadlifts, squats, lunges, and hip thrusts. I don't lift very heavy, my squats/deadlifts were 50 pounds, and lunges I would just use 15 pound dumbells.

I’m trying to take it easy and I’m by far not doing anything high impact. I’m cycling lightly on a bike and I feel no pain during/after. I’m hoping I can easily just work through this. I hate being injured, exercise is a huge help for my anxiety.

I feel so much better to hear that it’s not unheard of to feel so wiped out. It’s really hard for me to jump back into things slowly, I have an all or nothing personality. Just going to take it easy and walk for another week and try to ease into exercise.

I visited my doctor back in early October when I had the four day fever/virus. They did take blood and they were concerned because my white blood count was super low (I think it was at 4). They had me recheck a week later and it did rise, so they were no longer concerned. I went back again a few weeks later and they took…

I got a check in the mail the other day for $50.00

Yes, I asked about lifting weights and spinning and he said I would be fine, I of course will wait a few days regardless my gut just tells me I won’t feel right.

I’ve been doing some more research and now I’m really second guessing having this done. With both my children I had severe post partum and it took forever to feel back to normal. My doctor said that this would not effect my hormones but after reading many women have PTLS and this scares the crap out of me!

I have an additive personality when it comes to exercise, I love it! Many years ago I suffered from OTS, I was running 90 miles a week and eating way less then I should have. My body completly shut down and it took me months to get back to exercising. I still have a hard time taking a break, but I have to force myself to.…

I have it on the back of my thighs and it drives me insane! I am 5'7 and even when I weighed a 100 pounds (unhealthy) in my 20's I remember still having it.
-
I am 5'7 135 and I eat about 2400 calories and am maintaining. I get around 12,000 steps outside of my workouts. I usually workout 4 days a week for an hour and do an active walk on the other day. Previously I was eating around 2,000-2,200 and was always exhausted and I just couldnt keep up with my lifestyle. 2,400 seems…

I love ONE bars and Think Thin bars. I used to be a fan of Quest bars but for some reason they are way too sweet for me now. Kirkland peanut butter chocolate bars are awesome!
-
I get 11,000-12,000 not including my exercise steps. I am a teacher so it is pretty easy for me. If I included my exercise it would be closer to 19,000.

I have been maintaining for years and I still weigh my meat, avocado, some starchy veggies (carrots, potatoes, corn), bread, cereal, and my oats. I don't weigh anything packaged and I have maintained my weight. It became to obsessive for me to everything and I had to take a step back.

5'8 and I weight 135, size 4-6 but if I buy American Eagle I am always an 8...just depends on the brand!
