  • no i didnt. i switched to sedentary for lack of weight loss. only thing i can figure is that if you live a life mainly sendntary, then you burn more calories during exercise vs. a lightly active life? lol who knows

  • ive been eating back most of my calories from exercise and i think im getting more sleep than usual. 7-9 hours most nights. i will rest from cardio today and just go stretch out in yoga to see how that does. im afraid when i skip a day because it takes me out of routine. thank you everyone for the advice.
  • i hear ya on that lol. it could also have alot to do taking the barre class! i am using muscles i did not know existed, (not really, but it sure feels like it). i will add in some B12 to see if that helps
  • it is most certainly a new routine. im always fired up in the mornings and i have plenty of energy during the day. it just seems that when i get home and have dinner, i crash. im good with routine, maybe better in moderation :smile:
  • its just been since monday that i have started the classes at the gym. i have not rested yet was thinking of doing that possibly saturday since they dont offer classes on the weekends. it almost feels like i have taken a sleeping pill sometimes if that makes sense
  • i go back and forth also. i can only speak from personal experience. sometimes i will get my gym clothes on, then decide if i wanna work out or not. heck, ive even slept in them. you just have to find what works for you . never once have i regretted working out when i was done but i have regretted not working out. good…
