  • I agree that drinking water helps a lot! I will drink a full glass or two and then sometimes will feel "full" enough to not want a snack any more. Or tea/coffee, very low calorie and the flavour also helps to distract me from wanting food!
  • You need to update your weight yourself, MFP does not do it for you! If you use the computer version, go to My Home, then Check-In, and update your weight when you've lost/gained. Hope this helps :)
